STAGE 1: Pre-production process
Designs begin as technical drawings, acting as a comprehensive map for the manufacturer to visualize the final garment. These drawings then serve as the foundation for the pattern.
Pattern making is a vital phase of production, as it translates a creative concept into a precise technical blueprint for construction. This process guarantees the correct fit, shape, and balance, which allows for accurate cutting and sewing.
Without a well crafted pattern, even the most exceptional designs risk failure during production. This often results in wasted materials, poor fit, and expensive errors.
What to expect
STAGE 2: Sampling process
Once all pre-production decisions are finalized, we create a tester sample to evaluate and refine the pattern. Following your approval of this initial piece, we proceed to sew the final sample. To suit your brand’s vision, we can also produce samples in additional colorways upon request.
As soon as the fit and construction meet your standards, we grade the patterns for additional sizes. Finally, we prepare a detailed spec sheet. This document outlines every essential garment detail, ensuring clear communication and consistency with your manufacturer.
What to expect
STAGE 3: Production process
After every sample style receives approval, the garments move into full production with the manufacturer. We produce them in your finalized size range and attach all necessary labels and hangtags. This process ensures each piece arrives fully prepared and retail-ready for you to sell immediately.
